Shipping
Orders take anywhere from 24-48 hours to process and are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday.
FedEx does not count the day of shipment as a day in transit.
FedEx Express shipments do not get delivered on weekends.
Please keep this in mind when ordering and also take into account processing time. Shipping time is calculated from the time the order has been fulfilled.
Due to unpredictable weather conditions, shipments may take longer during the winter months.
If items are out of stock you will be notified via e-mail and action can be taken accordingly.

Delivery Methods
Drop Spot - To a local shipping depot which can be 40 miles from your home.
Home Delivery - Direct to your door.
Home Delivery + Tailgate - Direct to your door on a truck with a tailgate, essential for those bulkier items.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Orders We regret, Stove King does not ship outside continental US at this time unless you have contacted us for a quote.
